KLE Digital Partners are not employees of Knight Life Entertainment.
Partners independently participate in the KLE advertising and referral system and determine how
much time and activity they wish to devote to their business.

Digital Partners may earn commissions from qualifying sales, referrals and advertising-
related activity under the KLE compensation structure.

When a Partner refers a new buyer who completes a qualifying Digital Property Asset purchase,
the referring Partner may receive the applicable commission for that transaction.

Commissions are based on qualifying activity. They are not guaranteed income.

Sharing means promoting or referring KLE, its products, services, advertising opportunities or
Digital Property Assets to others using your assigned referral information.

KLE uses tracking technology and Partner referral identification to connect qualifying activity to
the appropriate Partner account.

KLE currently offers several Digital Property Asset levels:

Bronze — $20
Silver — $50
Gold — $100
Diamond — $1,000
Elite — $10,000

Each level has its own compensation structure and benefits.

Income depends on individual participation, qualifying sales and referrals, advertising activity,

KLE is an advertising and marketing platform. Partners can promote the platform, products,
businesses, artists and other available KLE offerings.

Referral commissions may be earned when a qualifying customer or Digital Partner purchase
results from a Partner's referral.

KLE provides training, tools, presentations and support to help Digital Partners understand the
platform, advertising system, products and compensation structure.

Yes.

There is a one-time annual membership/asset fee based on the Digital Property Asset level
selected.

There is also a monthly rental fee that helps keep the Digital Property Asset active on the
internet and connected to the KLE platform.

Different membership levels have different costs and benefits.

Digital Property Asset purchases, annual membership fees and applicable platform/rental fees are
non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the official KLE Terms and Policies.

The platform is designed to advertise and promote businesses, independent artists, music, books,
digital content and other products and services.

KLE Partners may therefore help create traffic and sales throughout the advertising network.

Partners may use:

Social media, online advertising, word-of-mouth, business cards, flyers, videos, presentations,
email marketing and other lawful advertising methods.

The purpose is to create real advertising exposure and traffic.

Qualifying commissions are tracked through the KLE Partner system and associated referral
information.

Payment is made according to the current KLE compensation and payout policies.

Digital Property Assets should not be confused with cryptocurrency, forex trading, gambling or
publicly traded securities.

Purchasing a KLE Digital Property Asset does not currently give a Partner stock, corporate
shares or an ownership interest in Knight Life Entertainment, LLC.

A Digital Property Asset represents participation in KLE's digital advertising platform under the
applicable membership and compensation terms.
